Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with purchases from us. If you're not completely satisfied, don't worry – we've got you covered with our hassle-free return and exchange policy. Here's what you need to know:

30-Day Return Window: You have a generous 30-day window from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item unless it’s an item that can’t be returned, provided that:

* You provide proof of purchase. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we can only offer a full store credit or an exchange for your items.

* The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, with their original packaging and seals intact.

Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges: For hygiene standards and requirements, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges on Handmade Press On Nails. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

In the rare instance of an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue its use immediately, take a photo of the reaction and contact our customer service at info@glowupcloseup.com.au. For allergy-related returns, the product must be less than 20% used upon its arrival back with us.

Returns/Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@glowupcloseup.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return/exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Please note that any return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is incorrect, or faulty upon receipt, please contact our customer service at info@glowupcloseup.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the faulty or incorrect item(s). We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Once we receive the faulty or incorrect item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Refunds: To qualify for a refund to your original payment method, you will need to provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned items and once we receive your parcel and verify its condition, adhering to the criteria mentioned above, you will be offered a full store credit or a refund to your original method of payment. We may request personal details for verification purposes prior to processing of refunds. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Items purchased on sale or using discount codes will be refunded at the price paid after the applied discount.

Shipping costs incurred from online purchases are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for covering all return or exchange shipping costs.

Please note, we may refuse to accept returned items if we reasonably believe that you have engaged in fraudulent conduct or are abusing our Returns Policy.
