All orders are usually dispatched within three business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We are committed to delivering your goodies with speed and care. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

Fast and Efficient Processing: We understand that you're excited to receive your makeup products, and we don't want to keep you waiting! Once you place your order, we aim to process and ship it within 1-3 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded) once payment has been processed. If there are any issues or delays, we will contact you ASAP so you’re kept in the loop.

Secure Packaging: Your makeup products are precious, and we treat them as such! We take extra care to ensure that your items are well-packaged and protected during transit to avoid any mishaps.

Standard Shipping (within Australia):

* Flat rate: $9.99 

1-7 Business days to metro areas. Please allow extra few days to regional areas.

Express Shipping (within Australia):

* Flat rate: $15

1-3 Business days to metro areas. Please allow an additional 2-4 days to regional areas.

(Excludes flammable items which are restricted to standard shipping)

Shipping to New Zealand:

* Flat rate: $15

1-3 business days to arrive.

International Shipping

Estimated shipping fees and delivery timeframes will vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout after entering your delivery address.

International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures, including fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country's customs regulations. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some destinations may experience destinations might experience longer transit times due to customs clearance procedures which are beyond our control.

Please note that we will not be responsible for damaged or stolen parcels that have been delivered to the listed delivery address.
